The explosive tune and video are helping promote the highly anticipated new CBS drama “Vegas” which stars Dennis Quaid and Michael Chiklis and premieres on Tuesday, September 25 at 10pm eastern/9pm central.
Tyler Bryant & the Shakedown are currently putting the finishing touches on their first full-length album, ‘Wild Child’ which comes out early 2013 on Carved Records. At 21-years-old, Bryant has garnered much critical acclaim, has shared the stage with legends like Aerosmith, Jeff Beck, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Eric Clapton and Heart and is featured in the award winning film, “Rock Prophecies.” Along with his talented bandmates Caleb Crosby (drums), Noah Denney (bass) and guitarist Graham Whitford (son of Aerosmith’s Brad Whitford), the quartet pushes the limits of music and performance, and has captured the attention of fans and industry alike with their spectacular talent and rare showmanship.

Red dirt metal rockers Texas Hippie Coalition continue their string of success with the release of their incredible third studio album ‘Peacemaker’ (Carved Records). This week, the band made their highest Billboard debut at #4 on Billboard’s Heatseeker chart as well as #31 on Record Label Indie Current Albums and #20 on Current Hard Music Albums. On the radio front, the band debuted at #15 on CMJ’s Loud Rock Chart and #39 on the Mediabase Active Rock Chart. NEW ALBUM ‘PEACEMAKER’ OUT AUGUST 14 ON CARVED RECORDS
Red dirt metal rockers Texas Hippie Coalition are set to hit the road in support of their new album ‘Peacemaker’ (Carved Records/August 14) including four shows opening for legendary Southern rockers Lynyrd Skynyrd in September. Initial tour dates are listed below with a wealth more dates to be announced shortly that will fill the band’s calendar in August, September and October.
THC counts Lynyrd Skynyrd as one of their main influences and the band’s vocalist Big Dad Ritch even had a premonition that the band would end up touring with them. “When I was young, I used to run around the house acting like a professional wrestler. My entrance song was Nazareth’s “Hair of the Dog.” When I decided I was gonna be a singer/songwriter, I would tell my dad “When I grow up I’m gonna tour with Nazareth.” Low and behold, my first tour was with Dan [McCafferty] and the boys. A couple years back, I started announcing that THC would be opening for Black Label Society. Finally, after a year of saying it, I’ll be danged if we weren’t put on four shows with them. Then I figured if I say it, I can will it to become true. So… I started sayin’ in 2012 that before the world ends, THC will open for Lynyrd Skynyrd. My management told me “Big Dad you can’t say that! It is not true!”, but I did what I always do which is just keep preachin’ it. Which brings us to today, and on this day I am proud to announce that THC will be playing with the band that is responsible for half of us being conceived in the bed of a pickup, Southern Rock legends Lynyrd Skynyrd. I told y’all, so now ya know, so run and tell everbody BIG DAD said LYNYRD SKYNYRD and Texas Hippie Coalition will take the stage together in 2012 before the world ends. True Story, print it. P.S. Also look for us on the road with Willie [Nelson] in 2013… I’m lyin’!!!”
